Aircraft Mechanical Merlin Supervisor

Overview

MPI have a requirement for Aircraft Engineering Mechanical Supervisors with Merlin experience. Applicants must be living in the UK and not require sponsorship to work in a permanent role. The roles will be based at RNAS Culdrose, Helston TR12 7RH
. Competitive salary to be discussed on application with benefits. 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, day shifts.

• Support Aircraft Engineering services at RNAS Culdrose across AESAS and IMOS Contracts, delivering operational deliverables and interfaces in a highly regulated environment.

• Minimum of approximately 3 years working in an airworthiness environment, with relevant experience for the Merlin aircraft.
• Hold or have the ability to hold a Certificate of Competency for Supervisory level.
• Experience and working knowledge of:
  Merlin Aircraft Engineering and Aircraft Systems;
  Merlin Aircraft Servicing and Support Equipment;
  Lean Operating Procedures;
  Naval Air Publications and CIETP;
  Health and Safety; the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Regulations; and Tool Control and Quality Practices.
• An understanding of Engineering and Asset Management Systems.
• Completed or able to complete a Maintenance Human Factors course.
