Package

* Salary: £44,500 – £51,000 per annum (depending on experience)

* Employment type:

Full-time or Part-time

* Overtime paid at time and a half

* Double pay on five key Bank Holidays

Requirements

* NMC Registered Nurse (active PIN)

* Clinical experience in nursing homes or adult care (desirable)

* Strong leadership and mentoring skills

* Confident using digital systems for care and medication

* Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

* Commitment to professional development and revalidation

* Right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional nursing and personal care to residents

* Lead your shift and support the Clinical Lead

* Mentor and support junior staff and carers

* Maintain accurate digital care plans and medication records

* Uphold high clinical standards and best practice

* Assist the Registered Manager with the smooth running of the home

* Contribute to staff development and training

* Promote a supportive, inclusive, and solution-focused team culture
