The What

Working closely with the People and Finance teams you will:

  • Processing payrolls across the UK and Canada
  • Calculating salaries, overtime, bonuses, statutory payments, deductions and benefits
  • Validating payroll data, including starters, leavers and changes
  • Reconciling payroll reports and investigating discrepancies
  • Ensuring compliance with UK (PAYE, NIC, SSP, SMP/SPP) and Canadian payroll legislation
  • Managing right to work and eligibility documentation
  • Supporting year-end processes (P60s, P11

    Ds, T4s, RL-1s)
Qualifications
  • Payroll experience (UK and/or international payroll experience desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident working with payroll systems, HRIS platforms and Excel Strong communicator with a professional, customer-focused approach
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team
  • A qualification in Accounting, Finance, HR or a related field would be beneficial.
