Vertex Associates is partnering with a residential property management company to recruit a Client Accountant on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This hybrid role requires three days onsite and involves delivering accurate financial reporting for a portfolio of properties.
You will manage end-to-end accounting processes, prepare service charge accounts, liaise with clients and auditors, and support budgeting and VAT reporting while applying strong Excel skills and accounting software knowledge.
