ROLE OVERVIEW

You will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the financial integrity of our residential block management portfolio, ensuring service charge accounts are accurate, transparent and delivered on time. Working in a hybrid pattern, you will split your week between home and our Manchester office at Carvers Warehouse, Suite 2b, 77 Dale Street, Manchester, M1 2HG
, collaborating closely with property managers, clients, suppliers and the wider finance team.

You will bring a calm, solutions-focused approach to complex reconciliations, year-end processes and client reporting. Your expertise will help our teams make informed decisions, build trust with stakeholders and continuously improve how we manage client money, service charges and reserves.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

Most days, you will manage the full service charge accounting cycle for a defined portfolio: setting budgets, monitoring spend, reconciling funds and producing clear, timely reports. You’ll partner with property managers on financial queries, oversee supplier payments and credit control, and prepare robust year-end accounts ready for review and audit.
