Building Services Administrator

Overview

An experienced Building Services Administrator is sought to join a well-established company based in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire. The role involves supporting the busy helpdesk with raising jobs, booking in emergency/reactive call outs and routine maintenance visits, handling incoming calls and emails, providing quotations to clients, raising purchase orders, ordering materials, general admin and filing.

• Raise jobs and book in emergency/reactive call outs and routine maintenance visits.
• Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide quotations to clients.
• Raise purchase orders and order materials as required.
• Perform general administration and filing to support the team.

• Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
• Live within a commutable distance to Kings Langley, Hertfordshire.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

• 25 days holiday entitlement + bank holidays.
• Company pension scheme.
• Provided lunch on the last Friday of each month.

Monday - Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm. The role is office based.
