Personal Assistant to the Hospital Chief Executive Officer and Director of Clinical Services – Corporate Team (Hemel Hempstead)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to the Hospital Chief Executive Officer and Director of Clinical Services to join our Corporate team based in Hemel Hempstead
. The role is full‑time, permanent and offers a competitive salary plus benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional, high‑quality personal and administrative service to the CEO & DCS.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive and confidential issues, ensuring a professional and trusted service.
  • Administer and support high‑level management meetings.
Qualifications
  • Educated to A level (or equivalent) with grade C and above in Maths and English at GCSE.
  • Consolidated experience working as a PA within the healthcare sector.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Taking and writing minutes, summarising discussions and writing reports.
  • Use of AI technologies.
  • Strong organisational, verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to plan/manage a heavy workload with conflicting priorities and work independently.
  • Excellent typing skills with the ability to draft own correspondence.
  • Use of Radar Healthcare reporting system.
  • Diplomatic, discreet and tactful; proactive self‑starter with a can‑do attitude.
  • Flexible and able to support some evening commitments.
  • Ambassador for the brand, putting the patient first.
  • High standards of personal presentation appropriate to a quality healthcare environment.
