I am working on behalf of my client, based in Kings Langley
, who is looking for a highly organised and proactive Land, Planning & Technical Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.

Hourly pay of £16.00

• Provide administrative support to the Land, Planning and Technical teams.
• Use COINS software to manage, update and maintain relevant project and technical information.
• Process and maintain accurate data and records within COINS.
• Maintain accurate records, databases and project documentation.
• Assist with planning and technical documents, reports and correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings, deadlines and project schedules.
• Liaise with internal teams, consultants and external stakeholders.
• Track actions, applications and project progress.
• Support the team with general administration and ad-hoc tasks.

• Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within land, planning, property, construction or a technical environment
  .
• Hands-on experience using COINS is essential.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Proactive, reliable and able to work independently.
