As they enter a new phase of growth, they're looking for a dynamic Finance & Commercial Director to help shape their future.

This is a rare opportunity to join a purpose‑driven organisation with the agility of a commercial business and the values of the NHS. You'll sit at the heart of a newly restructured Board, leading financial strategy, commercial performance, and long‑term sustainability across a diverse portfolio of estates, facilities, sustainability, medical engineering and capital project services. What you'll lead Long‑term financial strategy, planning and reporting.

Commercial strategy, contract performance and negotiations. Business development and growth opportunities. Governance, assurance and risk management. Efficiency, transformation and value‑for‑money programmes. What you'll bring A professional accountancy qualification (CIPFA, CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW). Senior financial leadership experience in a contract‑driven environment. Strong commercial acumen and experience managing FM/estates contracts. A collaborative, values‑driven approach aligned with public‑service ethos. Experience working with public‑sector clients - ideally the NHS.
