We are looking for a

for our team in Kings Langley, UK

• Order validation and processing
• Delivery monitoring and coordination with logistics partners
• Claim, return and credit note processing
• E-Commerce ticket handling and marketplace support
• Master data maintenance and content management
• Coordination with Sales, Finance, Logistics and Brand Management teams

• Minimum requirement:
  Completed commercial apprenticeship, business administration qualification, or equivalent vocational training
• Previous experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, Order Management or similar administrative role is desirable
• Well organised, dependable and capable of working on own initiative
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP), e-commerce or marketplace operations is an advantage but not essential
