BSI in Hemel Hempstead is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead change activities across the Labs Digitalisation and RED Programmes. Based at the Hemel Hempstead office at least two days per week, you will collaborate with lab and technical teams to implement LIMS and Simulated Testing and ensure a smooth transition to the new facility.
You will map stakeholders, assess change impact, develop training materials, and run workshops to support adoption.
