Overview:

Department Overview:

The Product Implementation and Supply Chain teams manage the operational delivery of BHN products across EMEA, covering both physical and digital formats. This includes Original Content products owned by BHN, as well as third-party partner products. The team works closely with Product, Supply Chain, printers, processors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure products are implemented, manufactured, maintained and delivered accurately, on time and in line with business and regulatory requirements.

Purpose of the role:

This role leads the end-to-end operational implementation and production management of BHN Original Content products across EMEA, with a regional focus on the Netherlands / Germany, or other assigned markets. This hands‑on, production-focused role takes inputs from Product teams and turns them into practical manufacturing, print production, supplier coordination, compliance control and launch readiness activities.

Original Content products require a higher level of operational ownership than standard product implementations, particularly where products are subject to e‑money regulation. The role ensures each product is planned, produced, controlled and maintained effectively, with clear ownership across manufacturing, programme management, supplier performance, regulatory requirements, data coordination and BIN management.

Working as the key production link between internal teams and external suppliers, the role ensures Product team requirements, upcoming plans, new launches, reprints, refreshes and ongoing changes are translated into controlled production delivery. The role is also expected to bring curiosity and forward‑thinking ideas to production, materials, supplier capability and ways of working, helping BHN improve quality, efficiency, cost control and production innovation over time.

What you will be doing:

In this role, you will coordinate product launches, print production and production changes from initial Product input through to supplier delivery, testing, sign‑off and launch readiness. You will manage priorities, resolve production issues, keep stakeholders aligned and identify improvements in materials, suppliers and ways of working.

Permanent

Hybrid, full time, 35 hours per week

Reporting to Supply Chain Director

Responsibilities:
  • Own the end‑to‑end production management of physical Original Content products, including new launches, reprints, artwork refreshes and product changes across assigned EMEA markets.
  • Work closely with Product teams to understand product inputs, launch plans, roadmap requirements and commercial priorities, then translate these into practical production plans, specifications, artwork requirements, data needs, supplier inputs, milestones and launch activities.
  • Manage short‑notice requests, late changes and shifting priorities by assessing production impact, clarifying operational trade‑offs, coordinating decisions and keeping stakeholders aligned on revised timelines and risks.
  • Plan and coordinate manufacturing and print production activity, covering artwork proofing, production data, testing, quality control, delivery timelines and launch readiness.
  • Manage day‑to‑day activity with printers, manufacturers, fulfilment partners, suppliers and processors, ensuring production issues, risks, delays and decisions are tracked, resolved and escalated where required.
  • Coordinate supporting digital product activity where required, ensuring set‑up, testing, activation, redemption and processor requirements are aligned with the wider product delivery plan.
  • Manage operational controls for product set‑up and change activity,…
