We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major greenfield programme delivering an integrated solution within a highly secure, mission-critical environment.

Working across business and technical teams, you'll lead requirements gathering, analyse and improve business processes, support solution design, and ensure business needs are translated into practical, effective outcomes.

• Lead workshops and requirements-gathering activities with business and technical stakeholders.
• Analyse and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop current and future-state process models and identify improvement opportunities.
• Produce key analysis artefacts including user stories, requirements documentation and process flows.
• Support solution design, ensuring business needs are fully understood and addressed.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout delivery.
• Support testing, validation and business readiness activities.
• Contribute to successful project delivery within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on complex projects or programmes.
• Strong requirements elicitation and process modelling skills.
• Experience working across the full project lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience producing high-quality business analysis documentation.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work independently.
