At Epiroc, our mission is to accelerate the transformation towards a more sustainable future. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global company where safety always comes first, and where collaboration and innovation are at the heart of everything we do. Working closely with colleagues, customers and suppliers, you will help strengthen our sustainability and sourcing practices, support compliance and drive continuous improvement across the business.

It all starts with people.

Your mission

In this role, you will work closely with the business to drive and develop health, safety, environmental and sustainability initiatives across the UK & Ireland. You will also support and coordinate sourcing activities, helping to optimize procurement processes, strengthen supplier performance and ensure compliance with Epiroc's values and Code of Conduct.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Driving and developing systematic work environment and sustainability activities across the UK & Ireland business.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, company guidelines and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).
  • Supporting the business with audits, risk assessments, incident management, and preventive work.
  • Delivering training to strengthen competence within the organization and promoting a positive safety and sustainability culture.

  • Monitoring and reporting expenditure across key suppliers and supporting local purchasing and invoicing for indirect sourcing.
  • Ensuring that sourcing is carried out in line with Epiroc’s values and Code of Conduct.
Why join Epiroc?
