Location: Scotland (Central Belt & surrounding areas)

We are seeking experienced Site Supervisors to support the delivery of highways and general civils projects across Scotland, operating within a Tier 1 environment.

Strong civils / highways background

Experience supervising gangs and subcontractors

Confident working behind Traffic Management

NRSWA Supervisor ticket – highly desirable

Strong safety leadership and communication skills

Day-to-day supervision of site activities

Coordination of operatives and plant

Ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and quality standards

Liaison with site management and delivery teams

Supporting smooth mobilisation and ongoing delivery

Long-term pipeline of works
