Overview
Freelance Project Manager – Data Centre Fit‑Out, Hemel Hempstead. Start ASAP. 18‑month contract. Site‑based, 5 days per week. You will work directly with the Main Contractor and take responsibility for delivering the project through to completion on a £25m data centre fit‑out.
Responsibilities- Lead and deliver a large‑scale data centre fit‑out project from start to completion on site.
- Work with the Main Contractor to manage scope, schedule, cost and quality on a fast‑paced build.
- Ensure site operations align with project requirements, safety standards and client expectations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors and internal teams to maintain progress and resolve issues quickly.
- Proven experience delivering large‑scale fit‑out or data centre projects.
- Strong leadership and on‑site management capabilities.
- Ability to manage programme, cost and quality on fast‑paced builds.
- Data centre experience is desirable, but not essential.
