About the role
Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Hemel Hempstead with occasional site travel across the region. Salary £70,000 - £75,000 plus performance based bonus, vehicle or vehicle allowance, training and progression to Commercial Manager.
This role allows you to oversee the commercial management of multiple civil engineering and groundworks projects from tender through to final account, including CVRs, applications, monthly reporting, procurement and subcontractor management. You will also support and mentor an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
Responsibilities- Manage commercial aspects of multiple civils and groundworks projects.
- Produce CVRs, applications and monthly commercial reports.
- Support procurement and subcontractor management.
- Support and mentor the Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
- Experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in civils, infrastructure or groundworks projects.
- Comfortable using measuring software.
- Independent, able to communicate effectively with clients and site teams.
- Can commute to the office and travel to sites as required.
Performance based bonus, vehicle or vehicle allowance, training, and progression to Commercial Manager.
