Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman, Site Manager

My clients, who are the main contractor, are about to start work on a 5m commercial refurbishment and fit-out project in Bristol. The project starts next week and due to a last minute change of plan they require a Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to lead the project from start to finish.

You must have similar project experience working for a main contractor and hold SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness and a relevant CSCS card. You must be computer literate and ideally have used Procore software or a similar package previously.

On offer is a long term start, for the duration of the project, with the potential of further work in the area afterwards as they have secured additional projects. Rates are negotiable depending on previous experience.
