An independent property consultancy is looking to appoint a Graduate Building Surveyor to join its Bristol team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing practice and gain exposure to a broad range of Building Surveying and Project Management work across the UK.
The successful candidate will work across a varied range of sectors, including private healthcare, hospitality, insurance remediation and transactional professional services, while developing the technical experience required to progress towards MRICS.
Graduate Building SurveyorSalary & Benefits:
- 27,000 - 30,000 depending on experience

The role will provide the opportunity to work alongside experienced Building Surveyors and gain hands-on experience across a variety of instructions and project types.
You will be supported through your APC and have the opportunity to develop your skills across commercial, residential and mixed-use properties, with exposure to both Building Surveying and Project Management.
The role will include:
- Assisting with a broad range of Building Surveying instructions
- Supporting with condition surveys, defect diagnosis and report writing
- Supporting with contract administration and project management projects
- Attending site visits and client meetings alongside senior staff
- Working across commercial, residential and mixed-use assets
- Developing the core competencies required for APC progression
- Working closely with senior team members to develop technical and professional skills
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Building Surveying, RICS accredited
- Keen interest in progressing towards MRICS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive and willing to learn
- Good attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
