• Support the Adhesives Campus with the creation of learning materials (including videos, interactive guides, Power Points etc).
• Develop and upskill our Global Sales and Marketing teams.
• Support with the development of our SharePoint and digital tools.

• You should graduate (before September 2026 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree from Business, Digital Design, Content Creation or any related field.
• Be passionate about working in a fast paced and vibrant environment.
• Interested in how big companies sell and how we develop our Sales & Marketing teams.
• Team player with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Digital Creation.
• Good organisation, creative thinking, flexibility and exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills; excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, and MS Office tools especially PowerPoint.
