They are now looking for a Removals Admin to join their team, providing first‑class customer service and ensuring every move is handled efficiently from start to finish.
This role is perfect for a highly organised, customer‑focused individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience. Previous experience in the removals or relocation industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the single point of contact for customers throughout their relocation journey.
- Understand customer needs and enhance their overall experience.
- Maximise sales opportunities and confidently upsell relevant products and services.
- Ensure all documentation is accurately processed in line with company and legal standards.
- Handle administrative enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards, working to KPIs and ensuring targets are met.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement discussions.
- Problem‑solve and proactively address any issues that arise.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Support the wider team with additional duties as required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads.
- A positive, proactive approach with a “can‑do” attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing paperwork.
- IT proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
