Job Description Summary

A part‑time branch‑based opportunity working 22 hours per week.

Hours:

22 hours a week, including Saturdays
Working pattern:
Part‑time Saliency: £16,468, increasing to £16,940 after 6 months

What you’ll be doing
  • Providing face‑to‑face support to customers in selected branches.
  • Handling everyday banking tasks while helping customers through important moments, such as bereavement, fraud concerns or building confidence in digital banking.
  • Promoting and supporting our digital services and assisting customers with online and mobile banking independently.
  • Recognising opportunities to connect customers with the right products and services.
  • Adapting to different customer needs and maintaining calm under pressure.
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
  • People‑oriented, honest, genuine and caring about helping people with their finances (no previous financial services experience required).
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and provide a fantastic customer experience.
  • Empathy, integrity and a commitment to deliver on promises and go above and beyond for the customer.
  • Cooperative team player, collaborating closely with colleagues to meet customer needs.
