Berry Recruitment is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer for the Hemel Hempstead area. You will visit homes, identify safeguarding concerns, and act as the main contact between residents and the client, keeping everyone updated on works in progress.
You will need strong IT skills, outstanding customer service, and the ability to manage complaints in line with the customer care process. The role starts September/October, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with a competitive salary.
