Senior Corporate Move Manager

Pickfords are looking for a dynamic Senior Corporate Move Manager who is passionate about customer service and who has a proven track record of taking ownership and going the extra mile to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for providing advice and information to our corporate customers in line with our contract. You will have a high regard for customer service and quality standards and you will closely monitor the tracking of consignments worldwide via our centralised system, whilst ensuring that all internal departments, sister companies and agents are adhering to customer expectations

Job Purpose:

* To ensure the highest level of move management is offered throughout the sales and move process thus ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

* To maximise the conversion ratio and job profitability of allocated moves.

* To proactively liaise with internal service departments and global service partners ensuring opportunity is maximized.

* To arrange and book all services with internal departments and partner agents connected with an international removal by air, by sea or by road ensuring that the client’s expectations are met through consistent service excellence whilst costs are tightly controlled.

* To support the Senior Account Manager in the overseeing of the Corporate team and their respective clients.

Responsibilities:

* Receiving enquiries and to action immediately.

* Ensure Navision is updated with client information.

* Arrange efficient and prompt coordination.

* Data entry of new jobs and continuous updating of information within customer card.

* Provision of competitive quotes and negotiation with customers and global partners to ensure maximum conversion rates at maximum profit levels.

* Ensuring prompt response to e-mail enquiries / rate requests.

* Ensuring that status updates are completed on computer system in timely manner.

* Ensure superior customer service levels.

* Meet shipping and accounting deadlines.

* Processing of sales and purchase invoices.

* Global partner account portfolio to manage and expand.

* Provision of support to the International/European team as required.

* Arrange customs clearance procedures on inbound and outbound consignments as necessary.

* Provide contract and ad-hoc rates to clients and global partners as necessary.

* Provision of financial and statistical reporting as required.

* Compliance with company debt procedures and targets.

* Departmental move manager support and training as required.

Skills, Knowledge and

Experience:

* Accuracy in data inputting.

* Excellent customer focus.

* Ability to prioritise and manage large number of job files efficiently and work in highly pressurised environment.

* Willingness to be flexible in during business peak season.

* Good computer skills e.g. Word / Outlook.

* Industry experience.

* Good knowledge of geographical regions.
