Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust seeks a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Health Visitor) to deliver the Healthy Child Programme and support families in the Dacorum area.
The post requires a full UK driving licence, mobility for regular travel, safeguarding expertise, and a collaborative approach within an integrated team including Family Support Service staff. IT literacy and Systm One experience are desirable.
