The Role:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND

Assist teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons

Track pupil progress and share feedback with staff and families

Help create a positive, nurturing classroom environment that builds confidence and independence

✅ Requirements:

Experience supporting children in a school or care setting

Full-time availability

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Able to commute to or live locally in Hemel Hempstead
