A forward-thinking primary school in Hemel Hempstead is looking for a SEND Teacher to deliver engaging, personalised learning experiences. You will support pupils with diverse learning needs, ensuring they reach their full potential in a safe and inclusive environment.
Your Responsibilities- Plan and deliver lessons tailored to SEND pupils
- Work closely with TAs, SENCO, and staff to support progress
- Track and assess pupil development
- Provide a nurturing and structured learning environment
- Support social, emotional, and academic growth
- QTS or equivalent
- Experience teaching pupils with SEND
- Empathetic, patient, and adaptable
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for inclusive education
