Salary: £34,398 £ 52,490 (dependent on experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a thriving secondary school community in Hemel Hempstead. Whether you re an experienced educator or just starting your teaching career, we want to hear from individuals who can bring Maths to life and motivate the next generation of learners.

You ll be delivering engaging and well-structured lessons to students across KS3 and KS4, with the possibility of teaching at KS5 depending on your experience and expertise.

• Planning and teaching high-quality Maths lessons tailored to a range of abilities
• Tracking and assessing student progress, providing meaningful feedback
• Creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment
• Encouraging a growth mindset and independent learning
• Collaborating with colleagues to continually refine best practice
• Supporting students to reach and exceed their academic goals

• QTS or equivalent (strong subject specialists without QTS are also welcome)
• Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is a bonus)
• Genuine enthusiasm for Mathematics and education
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A collaborative, proactive team player
