Contract: Temporary, with potential for long-term
Pay: From £85 per day
A proactive primary school in Hemel Hempstead is looking for a Behaviour Mentor to help pupils overcome social and emotional challenges. This is a rewarding role for someone who wants to see the direct impact of their work on children s lives.
Your Responsibilities- Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions
- Implement and monitor individual behaviour plans
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents
- Track progress and provide feedback
- Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
- Experience in behaviour mentoring or similar roles
- Patient, empathetic, and proactive
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Committed to helping pupils succeed
