About the Role:

Supply Desk is seeking a passionate and skilled SEND Teacher to join primary schools in Hemel Hempstead. You will work closely with pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, creating personalised learning plans, delivering tailored support, and helping children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. This role is pivotal in making a real difference in pupils’ lives and contributing to an inclusive school culture.

The Ideal Candidate :

Qualified teacher with QTS or equivalent
Experience supporting children with SEND (all primary age groups)
Ability to create personalised learning plans and adapt teaching strategies
Strong communication, empathy, and behaviour management skills
Enthusiastic, patient, and committed to inclusion and safeguarding
