English Teacher – Job Vacancy

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Start date: ASAP

Salary: £180 - £262 per day

Contract: Temp‑Perm for the right candidate

Position: Full‑time English Teacher (Secondary School, Key Stages 3 &
4)

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile English Teacher with a passion for education and the ability to inspire students. The role requires teaching English to Key Stages 3 and 4. Offering a second subject would be an advantage.

• Teach English to Key Stage 3 and 4 pupils.
• Plan lessons and write schemes of work.
• Marking responsibilities.
• Work as part of the English department; offering a second subject would be an advantage.
• Participate in parent evenings, staff meetings, training and extra‑curricular activities as required.

Candidates must be a fully qualified secondary school teacher with excellent classroom practices. We welcome applications from experienced teachers as well as newly qualified teachers.
