The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

* Work closely with the class teacher to bring lessons to life

* Support pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2

* Provide both small group and 1:1 support

* Help build pupils’ confidence, independence, and love of learning

* Play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
