We’re looking for someone who:
 
* Can teach their trade with passion and patience.
 
* Has 5+ years’ experience in Painting & Decorating.
 
* Holds a Level 2 recognised qualification.
 
* Has experience working with hard-to-reach or challenging learners.
 
* Is confident offering advice, guidance, and mentoring.
 
* Can be a role model and inspire learners to reach their potential.
