This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is confident in managing behaviour, committed to inclusive practice, and passionate about making a positive difference in children’s lives.
Key Responsibilities:

* Implement behaviour management strategies consistently, promoting a safe, calm, and purposeful learning environment.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils to support their emotional regulation and social development.
* Work one-to-one and with small groups to reinforce learning, develop independence, and encourage positive behaviour choices.
* Assist in adapting resources and activities to meet individual learning and behavioural needs.
* Monitor and record pupil progress, behaviour, and wellbeing, providing regular feedback to teaching staff and SENCO.
