Can teach their trade with passion and patience. Has 5 + years experience in Painting & Decorating. Holds a Level 2 recognised qualification. Has experience working with hard-to-reach or challenging learners. Is confident offering advice, guidance, and mentoring. Can be a role model and inspire learners to reach their potential.
