This specialist primary provision in Hemel Hempstead supports children with autism, speech and language communication needs, and Down syndrome. Class sizes are kept intentionally small, with only 9 pupils in each class, supported by a teacher and 3-4 highly skilled TAs.

Role Details - SEN Teaching Assistant

• Start: ASAP
• Contract: Temp to perm
• Pay: £90-£110 per day (subject to experience)
• Support children with autism, SLCN and Down syndrome
• Work closely with the class teacher and wider SEN team
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support
• Help create an engaging, supportive, and safe learning environment
