£42,178.50 – £55,419 per annum (pro rata) + discretionary bonus

You’re an experienced and passionate early years leader who thrives on inspiring others.

• Level 3 (or above) early years qualification (DfE approved)
• Proven experience managing a large nursery setting
• Strong understanding of the EYFS and delivering outstanding practice
• A natural coach and mentor, developing high-performing teams
• A strong advocate for safeguarding and wellbeing
• Commercially aware, working closely with senior leaders to deliver on occupancy, financial, and retention targets
