Working closely with teaching staff and external professionals, you will help create a positive and engaging learning environment where every learner can thrive. The Role As a SEN Teaching Assistant - Hemel Hempstead , you will:
Provide classroom and 1:1 support to pupils with additional needs Support learners' academic, social, and emotional development Assist with behaviour management and de-escalation strategies Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families Contribute to personalised learning plans and interventions Role Details Permanent position £21,000 per annum Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm September start Hemel Hempstead This SEN Teaching Assistant - Hemel Hempstead position would suit candidates with experience working within SEN schools, mainstream schools, alternative provisions, care settings, or those with a genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs.
