Not every HLTA role is the same.

Some schools ask you to support lessons.

The school has established an outstanding reputation for providing a nurturing, ambitious and highly specialist learning environment where every pupil is valued as an individual and supported to reach their full potential.

Why Staff Love Working Here

You'll become part of a highly experienced multidisciplinary team including therapists, behaviour specialists, family support professionals, moving and handling specialists, teachers and dedicated SEN practitioners who work collaboratively to deliver exceptional outcomes for pupils.

The school also offers:

Small class sizes

Outstanding staffing ratios

Sensory-rich learning environments

Specialist behaviour support teams

A strong focus on communication, life skills and independence

Free on-site parking

Ongoing specialist SEN training

Excellent career progression opportunities

Genuine temp-to-perm opportunities
