KPI Education is recruiting a Behaviour Mentor (Sports & Exercise Graduate) for a September 2026 start at a forward-thinking secondary school in Hemel Hempstead. This role is ideal for graduates seeking a first step into education, pastoral support, and using sport to foster behaviour and confidence.
You will provide 1:1 mentoring, support behaviour in lessons, and help students overcome emotional barriers to learning through sport and activity.
