You will join Young Education to support young people in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and North London. The role involves collecting pupils from home, transporting them safely to educational settings, and supporting them throughout the day in 1:1 and small group settings.
Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience with young people, strong communication skills, and a calm, trauma‑informed approach. A full UK driving licence is essential to access a suitable vehicle.
