We have recently secured new partnerships with two large nationwide nursery groups, alongside growing demand across Hertfordshire, creating fantastic opportunities for passionate Early Years professionals.

We are currently recruiting Early Years Teaching Assistants and Level 3 CACHE-qualified Nursery Assistants for a variety of roles in Hemel Hempstead and the surrounding areas, including:

• Daily supply
• Short-term assignments
• Long-term placements
• Permanent positions

You'll have the opportunity to work across a range of welcoming private nurseries, pre-schools, and Early Years settings, with flexible working options to suit your lifestyle.

About the Role

As an Early Years professional, you'll play a key role in supporting young children's learning, development, and wellbeing within safe, nurturing environments. Working alongside experienced Early Years teams, you'll help deliver engaging activities that inspire curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.

We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you are:

• Qualified in Early Years (Level 2, Level 3 CACHE, or equivalent)
• Passionate about supporting children's learning and development
• Reliable, adaptable, and enthusiastic
• Confident working within nursery or pre-school settings
• Committed to creating positive, engaging learning experiences
