The School of Health, Education and Care is seeking an enthusiastic full-time Lecturer to inspire learners and support them in achieving their full potential during their time at West Herts College.

The successful candidate will plan, deliver and assess across a range of Health, Early Years and Education programmes, including T Levels, Health and Social Care qualifications and related courses at Levels 1, 2 and 3. You will play a key role in preparing learners for further study, apprenticeships and employment within the Health, Childcare and Education sectors.

The role involves delivering high-quality teaching and learning through effective lesson planning, resource development, assessment and feedback.
