• You will act as the first point of contact for technical enquiries, taking ownership of incoming customer requirements - from initial triage and technical assessment through to solution definition and quotation. The focus is on quality of engagement, technical accuracy, and providing consultative, solution‑led support across a varied and complex product range.
• You’ll work closely with internal teams and field sales, ensuring customer needs are understood and translated into the right engineering outcomes.

• Triage and assess incoming technical enquiries, ensuring accurate prioritisation
