Engineering Manager City of London £70,000 £ 75,000  Package An exceptional opportunity to join one of Londons most prestigious skyscraper buildings as Engineering Manager, overseeing a team of engineers within a flagship commercial property. We are seeking a technically strong leader with previous AP status (or currently holding AP) and experience managing engineering operations within high-end commercial environments.

The Role:

Managing a team of 8 engineers on a large prestigious site Ensuring all engineering operations and compliance are delivered to the highest standards Leading from the front with a strong technical presence Managing subcontractors, permits, and critical systems Client liaison and operational reporting Requirements:
Mechanical or Electrical qualified Holds or has held AP status within the last 5 years Strong technical understanding of commercial building services Previous experience managing engineering teams Package: £70,000 £ 75,000 Basic Salary Excellent Package & Career Progression City of London Iconic Skyscraper Environment
