The Land Surveyor will have at least 4 years' experience either can specialise in one area or as most in the team prefer can work across a wide range of Measurement, Laser Scanning and Mapping surveys. Work will include Topographical, Underground utility, Measured building surveys, 3D laser scanning, Engineering setting out and dimensional control, Photogrammetry, River and Boundary surveys as well as Computer Assisted Drawing in 2D and 3D (CAD)

Position Overview
Undertake surveys as directed by the Survey Director
Managing trainees within the team
Maintaining survey equipment
Office processing of survey data and the CAD drawing of surveys
Ensuring quality throughout the process
Land Surveyor Hertfordshire Office
Produce the deliverables to the required specification and to budget
Liaise with the Survey Director at all stages of a project

Position Requirements
Degree qualified
Be able to undertake a wide variety of surveys, Measurement, Laser Scanning and Mapping
Be well versed in modern surveying equipment and software
Have very good attention to detail
Be flexible and reliable
Enjoy working in a team environment
Hold a clean driving licence
