• Educated to degree level or CeMAP level 3 (if not already the opportunity to do so).
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
• The ability to respect confidential information.
• A friendly, approachable attitude and an excellent judge of character.
• A natural problem-solver with strong analytical skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Previous experience in financial services necessary.

Loans subject to status and secured on residential property by way of second charge. Consolidating debts may increase the term and total amount payable.

Second Charge mortgages from £10,000 to £1,000,000.

The Loan Partnership is a responsible broker and we have an internal fee structure to ensure all our customers are treated fairly. Depending on the complexity of your circumstances and amount of work done we may need to charge a higher fee. We will let you know what the fee is before you decide whether to proceed with the loan. Our fee will not be more than 11%.

We may receive commissions that will vary depending on the lender, product or other permissible factors. The nature of any commission will be confirmed to you before you proceed.
