Mortgage Advisor - Hemel Hempstead

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking approaches from experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join a very well established, Premiership status Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.

The PRIMIS partner firm is a 150‑advisor Mortgage and Protection business that works alongside contracted Estate Agency partners nationwide to include Estate Agency businesses such as Your Move, Reeds Rains, Hunters, Whitegates, Davis Tate, Hawes and Co and Intercounty.

This role would support the Your Move estate agency businesses in Hemel Hempstead.

The roles available are either full office working or hybrid working.

Base salary for the employed role is between £30,000 and £35,000, negotiable with an OTE of £70,000 +.

Should the advisor prefer the self‑employed role then the splits are 70% on self‑generated leads with a percentage at 45%.

We are only looking for CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience for this location.
