Are you an experienced Management Accountant who thrives on variety and enjoys working across multiple businesses? We’re looking for a proactive finance professional to join a dynamic accountancy team, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients and acting as an outsourced accounts function for several organisations.

What you’ll do:

Prepare accurate monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cashflow, variance analysis).
Handle month-end processes: journals, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations.
Deliver insightful financial reporting, budgets, and forecasts with clear commentary.
Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and advise clients.
Liaise directly with clients to understand their needs and provide ongoing support.
Assist with VAT returns, year-end accounts, and onboarding new clients.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience as a Management Accountant (practice or outsourced environment preferred).
Strong knowledge of management accounting principles and month-end routines.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Xero and/or Sage 50 is a big plus.
Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
