to individuals in need within their homes. This can include a variety of non-medical services that allow clients to remain in their homes and stay independent.

Do you hold a valid Driving Licence with a reliable vehicle? Then this position could be for you! No experience? Not to worry –
Home Instead Hemel Hempstead and Chilterns are looking for dedicated, reliable and honest people with a kind nature and will provide full training
!

Your responsibilities as a Care Assistant include but are not restricted to:

• Stimulate and encourage through a variety of activities (for example clothing selection, hobbies and crafts.)
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as grooming, dressing, and bathing
• Supporting clients with mobility
• Helping with daily activities such as meal preparation and medication reminders
• Running errands such as food shopping and collecting prescriptions
• Performing light house keeping tasks (dusting, vacuuming, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms/kitchens, washing and ironing taking out rubbish, caring for house plants etc.)
• Each client visit will last no less than 1 hour.

Previous social care isn't vital
but
full right to work in the UK
and
access to your own vehicle is essential.We understand a work life balance is key to a great working environment, so we offer a range of shifts timings throughout
